Semi-automatic gluing machines for small and large sizes. By means of a rubber covered roller, the machine automatically takes one label at a time from the counterpoise mounted label holder, and runs it over the gluing roller. The operator receives the label ready glued for the application. The switch pedal starts the labelling cycle.
The speed at which labels are delivered depends on their dimensions, but by varying the gear ratios, 800/1000 labels per hour can be emitted per hour.
The machine is built in aluminium, stainless steel and brass. All the parts in contact with the glue slot together and are easily disassembled without tools, making quick, clean and safe the washing of the machine at the end of the working cycle.
