Electrical Label Gluing Machines

Labeling small batches with paper labels will no longer be a problem with our handy EME series gluing machines that facilitate and speed up the work of spreading cold adhesives on paper, sheet and light cardboard labels.
Sturdy and streamlined, all strictly “Made in Italy,” they can be disassembled easily, without the need for tools, making cleaning simple and quick after the job is done. Available in various widths and versions, for paper or cardboard, they are the ideal complement to save time and glue, carrying out gluing in maximum cleanliness. All N versions are single-sheet insertion.
All types of cold glue can be used with our gluing machines: for gluing paper labels on boxes, AQ-CELLO260 and L2 are suitable. For more difficult gluing, RESICOL B118 vinyl glue can be used. At the customer’s request we can suggest the most suitable glue for their use.
All EMEs require quick and easy maintenance.
EME electric gluing machines start with the smallest version, the EME 180 N, which can be used for labels or sheets with a maximum width of 180 mm. This version is particularly suitable for the application of state marks in the wine industry. Alongside the traditional model, the stainless steel EME180ST model can be requested, which is suitable for operating in more humid or dusty environments. The widest models in the same series are: the EME 230 N (suitable for A4 sheets) and the EME 270 N, which holds a maximum width of 270 mm.
All EMEs require quick and easy maintenance. Cleaning the gluers can be done as little as once a week with the lighter glues (cellulose and light dextrin)
