The BTL 210 is a semiautomatic gluing machine suitable for bottles, cans and cylindrical objects in general.
It can label cans from 45 mm up to 170 mm in diameter with cold glues, with labels up to 210 mm wide.
Its operation is simple: after adjusting the device that picks up the labels and the veil of glue, simply place the jar on the two support rollers and press the pedal. This starts the labeling cycle.
The device that picks up the labels is adjusted according to the thickness of the paper to always get only one label at a time.
The rollers that support the can, consisting of adjustable spools, allow for grooves to be created to allow cans with a rim to be labeled. Its productivity certainly depends on the speed of the operator, but still about 300-500 labeling cycles per hour are possible.
